Kelly Maixner is back for a second Iditarod since his 2011 rookie race. This time, he completed the 1000 mile race in 11 days, 1 hour and 53 minutes. He crossed the finish line in Nome in 32nd place with 11 dogs left on his team.

Musher Kelly Maixner from Big Lake, Alaska, finished the Iditarod in 30th. The 2011 Iditarod is Kelly's rookie race in which he arrived in Nome after 10 days, 20 hours and 29 minutes.
