These wildflowers can often be found in large numbers in the meadows of Alaska where they can reach a height of approximately 24 inches. With enough precipitation, direct sun exposure and long Alaska summer days, Lupin fields can cover several acres.












Towering Lupins





In Alaska, Lupins can also be found on mountain sides. However, in the harsher alpine conditions, Lupins grow in small patches due more difficult climates.
